The THDW-50L 3D Powder Mixing Machine features advanced three-dimensional movement technology for superior powder and granule mixing. The mixing barrel performs multi-directional movements through a sophisticated universal joint system, ensuring thorough material blending without centrifugal force effects.
Working Principle
The mixing barrel is suspended on driving and driven axles through two Y-type universal joints that cross vertically in space. When the driving axle rotates, the universal joint mechanism creates composite motion including horizontal movement, rotation, and turning, enabling materials to perform true 3D motion within the barrel. This ensures multiple materials flow, diffuse, and penetrate each other to achieve uniform consistency.
