This high-efficiency horizontal ribbon mixer features a single shaft with double proportioned ribbons housed in a tubular mixing drum. The unique vortex ribbon design creates optimal material movement for thorough blending.
Working Principle
The WLDH series horizontal double blade ribbon blender consists of a U-shaped horizontal trough and a specialized agitator system. The ribbon agitator includes inner and outer helical agitators that move materials in opposite directions simultaneously. Operating at approximately 45 RPM, this dual-action system ensures both radial and lateral material movement for complete blending in short cycle times.
