380V N95 Face Mask Making Machine
This fully automatic production line manufactures both outside and inside earloop face masks, handling the complete process from raw material feeding through ear loop welding, nose wire welding, and finished product output.
Production Process Overview
This one-to-two automatic face mask machine system features a main body unit that drives two ear band machines. After the main unit produces the mask body, a conveyor belt transfers the mask sheet to a turning mechanism that flips it onto the ear band machine belt. The mask sheet then moves to the first mask plate position where cylinders press it into place for ear band welding and edging operations.
