Introduction

The hydraulic stuffing box is a ground pressure control device used to seal the wire in the wireline operation. The sealing of the wire is realized by the rubber sealing disc. The stuffing box is equipped with a preventer plug to seal downhole pressure after a wire break. The pressing mode of sealing disc is hydraulic remote control and manual. The Stuffing box is mainly composed of three parts: pulley support assembly, body assembly and control cylinder assembly.

Any size can be customized according to customer requirements.

Performance test:

1. Tie the knot at the stopper of the hydraulic stuffing box after the steel wire is pierced from the upper part;

2. Install the pressure test connector and connect the pressure test pipeline;

3. Connect the hand pressure pump line to the control cylinder, and first press to 21MPa; Manual capping can also be used to tighten the sealing      steel wire;

4. Start the pressure test pump for pressure test, the test pressure is 52.5MPa, hold the pressure for 15 minutes, fill in the test record card.

Notes

1 After adjusting the hydraulic cylinder and adjusting the bearing clearance properly, pay attention to tightening the hexagon flat end setting screw;

2. Regularly add sealing grease to the deep groove ball bearing on the pulley shaft;

3. Pulley bearing with grease, such as blocking or abnormal sound must be replaced immediately;

4. Storage or transportation should be fixed firmly to prevent bumping pulley.
