Overview
The tubing swab tool is mainly used in the swabbing and draining operation of oil and gas well or the oil extraction operation. It has a variety of connection methods and buckle types, making it more efficient and fast during operation.
Structural features
The tubing swab tool is composed of an upper joint, a rubber drum support, a mandrel, a rubber drum, etc. The rubber drum bracket and the upper joint are combined together by means of thread connection. According to the actual needs, it can be used in a single rubber cylinder, or multiple rubber cylinders can be used in combination. Plastic tube for internal wire frame, external curing high wear-resisting rubber hardness. When there is a liquid column in the upper part, the tool string is lifted. Under the pressure of the liquid, the middle part of the rubber cylinder bulges and contacts the tube wall to seal. Under normal circumstances, under the action of 100 meters of liquid column, the rubber cylinder will be sealed with the tube wall

Method of use

The upper part of the rubber cylinder will gather liquid, and under the action of the upper liquid, the outer part of the rubber cylinder will expand and contact the inner wall of the pipe column to seal. At this time, the tool string can be lifted to lift the liquid above the rubber cylinder to the ground.
