Wireline Hydraulic Duoble Ram BOP Blowout Preventer Wireline Pressure Control
Wireline Pressure Control Wireline Hydraulic Duoble Ram BOP features two sets
of Ram assemblies and hydraulic actuated system that allow fast,safe and easy operation
in a remote location. Dual Hydraulic Type 1 is suitable for slickline and braided line operation
by changing its respective rams.
Wireline Valve, also known as Blow Out Preventer(BOP), is used as a safet quipment which
is commonly located between Lubricator and Wellhead/ Christmas Tree. The design incorporates
Ram bodies with inner seals that allow pressure to be contained within the well once the bodies
are closed. This allow the pressure above to be bled off while the wire or cable is still intact thereby
enable repairing and other work to be carried out on equipment above, The design also features
equalising Valves that are fitted to the main body to allow ecualisation o ubricator and well pressure
when the operation is to be resumed
Dual Integral Hydrauic Wireline Valve incorporates an integral top quick union connection to the
main body. The hydraulic operation features two sets of Ram assemblies and hydraul c actuated
system that allow fast, safe and easy operation a remote location. This design is suitahle for
slickline and braided line operation Shear Ram design available on request
