Wireline Wellhead Adapter Slickline Pressure Control Equipment

I. Introduction
The Wellhead Adapter is used to connect the blowout preventer and the wellhead, the upper part of which is connected to the blowout preventer, and the lower part is connected to the wellhead.
Wellhead Adapter are sealed by threads. When in use, wrap the thread with PTFE tape or apply anti-sticking grease on the thread, and then directly tighten the Wellhead Adapter on the thread of the wellhead.

II. Pressure test:
The Wellhead Adapter shall be tested for compressive strength regularly, and the test pressure shall be 1.5 times the working pressure.
1. Install the pressure test connector and connect the pressure test pipeline;
2. Start the pressure test pump for pressure test: press to the test pressure, keep the pressure for 15 minutes without leakage, and fill in the test record card.
III. Daily maintenance:
1. Pressure test should be carried out regularly;
2. When not in use temporarily, you should bring the protective wire for storage.
