The tubing end locator is composed of a grooved body and a locating key loaded by spring and fixed

by pin in it. A shear pin limits the outward movement and rotation of the locating key.

When the tool appears at the end of oil pipe, the locating key will stop at the location approximately vertical

to the body to prevent the locator at the end of oil pipe from entering into the oil again,
