Wireline Pressure Control Equipment Alloy Steel Wellhead Flange 

I. Overview
The wellhead flange is used to connect the tubing male buckle and the wellhead, the upper part is connected to the tubing male buckle, and the lower part is connected to the wellhead.
The wellhead flange is connected by bolts and nuts. When in use, the gasket is placed between the sealing surfaces. After tightening the nut, the specific pressure on the gasket surface reaches a certain value and deforms and fills up the unevenness of the sealing surface to make the connection tight and leak-proof.
II, pressure test:
Wellhead flanges should be subjected to regular pressure strength tests, and the test pressure is 1.5 times the working pressure.
1. Install the pressure test connector and connect the pressure test pipeline;
2. Start the pressure test pump for pressure test: press to the test pressure, keep the pressure for 15 minutes without leakage, and fill in the test record card.
III, daily maintenance:
1. The withstand voltage test should be carried out regularly;
2. When not in use temporarily, you should bring the protective wire for storage.
