Wireline Wellhead Joint Wireline Pressure Control Equipment

I. Overview:

 The wellhead joint is used to connect the blowout preventer with the wellhead, with the upper part connected with the blowout preventer and the lower part connected with the wellhead. The wellhead joint is sealed by threads. When in use, the wellhead connector can be directly tightened on the thread of the wellhead after winding the thread with tetrafluoroethylene tape or applying anti-sticking grease on the thread.

II.the pressure test:

Wellhead joints shall be tested for compressive strength at regular intervals, and the test pressure shall be 1.5 times of the working pressure.

1. Install the pressure test joint and connect the pressure test pipeline;

2. Start the pressure test pump for pressure test: press it to the test pressure, hold it for 15 minutes without leakage, and fill in the test record card.

III. Routine maintenance:

1. The pressure test shall be conducted regularly;

2. When temporarily not in use, it should be stored with silk protector.
