Wellhead Joint Wireline Pressure Control Equipment Alloy Steel

I. Overview
The wellhead joint is used to connect the blowout preventer and the wellhead, the upper part is connected with the blowout preventer, and the lower part is connected with the wellhead.
The wellhead joint is sealed by threads. When in use, wrap the PTFE tape on the thread or apply anti-sticking grease on the thread, and then screw the wellhead joint directly on the thread of the wellhead.
II, pressure test:
Wellhead joints should be subjected to regular compression strength tests, and the test pressure is 1.5 times the working pressure.
1. Install the pressure test connector and connect the pressure test pipeline;
2. Start the pressure test pump for pressure test: press to the test pressure, keep the pressure for 15 minutes without leakage, and fill in the test record card.
III, daily maintenance:
1. The withstand voltage test should be carried out regularly;
2. When not in use temporarily, you should bring the protective wire for storage.
