CT Bow Spring Centralizer Coiled Tubing Tools

I. Overview:
The coiled tubing bow spring centralizer is connected to the middle of the coiled tubing tool. It is an auxiliary tool for the coiled tubing tool to go down the well.
II. Technical parameters:
1. The outer diameter of the centralizer: 2″;
2. Connection thread: 1-1/2″AMMT;
3. Diameter: 1.125″;
4. Safety load: 200KN.
III. Structural features:
Both ends of the coiled tubing bow spring centralizer are coiled tubing connecting threads, and the middle is the front face. The effective length of the front face is about 150mm. There are four flow grooves in the circumferential direction of the front face to ensure the flow area of the downhole without encountering obstacles.

IV, matters needing attention:
1. Make sure that there is no leakage in the pressure seal test before use;
2. When not in use, apply lubricating oil to the seal and place the thread with protective wire.
