ZLPG Series Herbal Extract Spray Drying Equipment with cooling jacket adapts full-sealing form. It is equipped with three grades of purifying apparatus. The filtered air can meet the requirement of one hundred thousand cleanliness. The cooling jacket inside the inner tank and the top of drying chamber, which makes the wall temperature very low. So, it is suitable for material with high content of sugar or protein. Also, this spray dryer can be equipped with air sweeping device to prevent the material sticking to the inner surface.
Moreover, the phenomenon of carbonization and degeneration will not happen. Material receiving rate is raised greatly.
Working principle
