Application

GHL Series Horizontal Type High Shear Mixer Granulator for powder is suitable for pharmaceutical industry, foodstuff industry, chemical industry and so on. The granule is made from powder to damp granule in which the adhesive should be injected in it.GHL Series Horizontal Type High Speed wet Mixing granulator for powder  has granulating and mixing function in its one body.

Work principle

The powder raw material and adhesive are mixed to moisture soft material through mixing oar at the bottom of the cylinder (cone) container. Then cut it to become uniform damp granule through high speed crushing oar installed at the side.Finshed product is discharged by cylinder.

Features

1. The machine adapts horizontal cylinder structure. Its structure is reasonable.

2. Use air filled seal shaft to drive. When washing, it can be changed to water;

3. Use fluidization to Granulate and the granule is near ball. Its flow is good;

4. Compared the traditional process 25% of adhesive can be reduced and the drying time can be shorted;

5. Mixing time is 2 minutes and granulating time is 1-4 minutes. 4-5times of the traditional process.

6. In the same sealed container, dry mixing, humidity mixing and granulating can be finished. It is in conformity with the requirements of GMP;

7. The whole operation has strict safe and protective measures.
