Working principle
YK Series low cost wet granulation process for banlangen granules is mainly composed of pendulum roller, main body, transmission system, and tightening device of sieve. Under the action of clockwise and counter-clockwise rotating of roller, damp powder mixture will be forced to pass through sieve and then become granules. Model C is a heavy type and suitable for materials with big viscosity.
Application
YK Series low cost wet granulation process for banlangen granules is mainly suitable for pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry and foodstuff industry to make granules with different specifications. After drying, they are pressed into different kinds of shaped products. It can also be used for crush block raw material.
