Work principle

The powder raw material and adhesive are mixed to moisture soft material through mixing oar at the bottom of the cylinder (cone) container. Then cut it to become uniform damp granule through high speed crushing oar installed at the side.Finshed product is discharged by cylinder.

Features

1) Adopt horizontal cylinder structure, make material roll frequently and quickly during mixing process, reach a perfect mix effect.

2) PLC control, display by touch screen. Control the setted parameter automaticly. Via the inverter, insure a steady mix speed, and then get the uniform granule.

3) Drive with air filled seal shaft, and when cleaning, can change with water.

4) Special designed mix oar, make the least material stick on the inner wall, and easy for removing the adhesive material.

5) Fluidization granulation, make the product with good fluidity and suit for next process, such as tablet pressing, granulating.
