Work principle

foodstuff milling type Universal Grinding machine for 2mm to 12mm material consists of charging filler, grading wheel, crushing knives,tooth circle, crusher motor, discharging outlet,materials concentration case and dust absorption case. The materials goes into the crushing room from the charging filter, they are crushed by knives rotationg at high speed.
The distance between grading wheel and grading plate can be adjusted to reach the required particle size.
The qualified materials are introduced from the crushing room to the cloth bag in the concentrating case , while the unqualified ones are crushed continuously.
the dust from the cloth bag in the concentrating case are collectesthe dust absorption case. The machine is designed according to GMP standard .
It is characteristic of simple structure , easy operation, low noise, high capacity. The machine is made from stainless steel, no dust will rise when working.
