Applications

WFJ Series high speed Super Fine Pulverizer industrial grinder machine consists of three parts i.e main machine, auxiliary machine and control system. Compact and reasonable structure, using air to chose and no sieve or screen. Grading mechanism inside ,crushing and grading is finished at the same time. Negative-pressure feeding make heat created by grinding work exhaust rapidly, so also suitable for thermal sensitive material. wide application, continuous productive process and finished granules size can be adjusted, suitable for materials such as chemicals, foodstuff ,medicines, cosmetic, dyestuff, resin, shell materials and so on.

Princple

Material in hopper is pushed toward to grinding chamber by screw feeder(speed is adjustable) and the function of negative pressure, suffering cutting and impact

from grinding knife, and high-frequency vibration created by air flow. Grinded material comes into grading wheel under the function of Up air flow. Powder is effected by aerodynamic and centrifugal force generated from rotate on of grading wheel. When aerodynamic smaller than centrifugal force, powder larger than grading size is throw into taper sleeve, back to grinding chamber, and continues to be grinded. Eligible powder come to collecting duct and discharged from auxiliary machine.
