Overview

The “six--sided expander” localized repair technology precisely positions the jacking equipment at the collapse site via traction. Hydraulically driven, six synchronously expanding jack plates uniformly apply radial force along the pipe circumference, restoring the collapsed section to its full circularity and original design inner diameter. This achieves structural rehabilitation of the existing pipe in a single operation.

Automatic Centering: The device automatically aligns with the pipe center during expansion, guaranteeing concentricity between the repaired section and the original pipe to prevent eccentric damage.

Comparative Advantages: Traditional “duckbill” methods expand symmetrically at only two points, causing excessive localized stress and pipe wall damage. Six-point radial expansion eliminates secondary damage risks entirely.
