Use our built-in stabilizer Rock Reamer / Hole Opener to keep it upright in the hole. These units are customized according to requirements and are usually used where the holes need to be opened gradually. If the conditions are right, these reamers are very cost-effective because they do not need to tow expensive stabilizers or barrel reamers.
All of our hole openers and reamers can be supplied with a range of tools to handle soft rocks such as limestone or sandstone, up to drill bits for hard formations that can be drilled in granite and basalt. The correct tool selection can improve productivity and tool life.
