Product Description
The drill pipe used for applications such as DTH / DTHR / DR mainly consists of a steel tube, one end of which is a pin and the other end is a box. The job of the drill pipe is to transfer the rotating torque and thrust from the rotating head of the drilling rig to the downhole drilling tool.
According to different applications, drill pipes of different diameters are required. Basically, a smaller DTH hammer requires a smaller DTH drill pipe, and vice versa. Usually we provide 50mm, 60mm, 76mm, 89mm, 95mm, 102mm, 114mm, 127mm, 140mm, 159mm.
Usually, these threads are standard API connections, such as 2 3/8" API REG threads, 3 1/2" API REG threads or API IF threads, etc. According to customer requirements, pipe lengths from 1000mm to 6000mm can be provided.

Drill pipe usage notes
1. New drill pipe should be pasted oil before connection
2. Make up and break at least 3 times before drilling
3. Hard bending and plastic coating can be processed according to clients’ special requirements
