The modular data center is mainly composed of cabinets, closed channels, power supply and distribution systems, refrigeration systems, intelligent monitoring systems, integrated wiring and fire protection systems. A single modular data center is configured according to N cabinets (including server cabinets, network cabinets, and integrated wiring cabinets). The number of cabinets can be reduced or increased in pairs according to customer needs. Modular data centers are designed to respond to changes in servers such as cloud computing, virtualization, centralization, and high-density, improve data center operating efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and achieve rapid expansion without affecting each other.

- Closed Aisle System

The block data center adopts the cold aisle to close and isolate, the hot and cold air flow does not interfere with each other, avoiding the heat island effect caused by the crosstalk of the air flow, and avoiding the loss of air volume and cooling capacity. At the same time, the use of inter-column air conditioners and the near-heat source design of the refrigeration equipment improve the cooling efficiency, solve the problem of local hot spots, and reduce the operating cost of the data center. The micro-module data center combines a water cooling system and a natural cooling system, and the PUE can be reduced to less than 1.5.
