Product Description
1) The tire mold is made of aluminum alloy, and the surface is polished to ensure that the workpiece is taken and placed without damaging the outer surface of the product. The CNC processing method ensures the positioning accuracy of the tire mold;
2) The infrared heating system moves forward to the product position, and then moves downward to heat and activate the glue at the junction of the product skin and skeleton;
3) The upper tire mold is equipped with profiling preloading to ensure that the large surface skin of the product can closely fit with the skeleton;
4) The coated pressing block is made of brass material to ensure the wear resistance and stability of the edging;
5) A coating cycle is about 30s;
