1. Twin Feeder:

Equipped with up to four compact twin feeders featuring large-capacity flat pile hoppers, ensuring consistent high output. Grippers or vacuum systems efficiently handle signatures with low/high folio laps or various formats. Choose between 1:1 or 1:2 speed modes for optimal performance.

2. Folder Feeder:

Following scoring along a predetermined line, the cover is folded along the scored line, then fed onto the gathering chain for transport to the saddle stitcher.

3. Stitching Section:

The Pearls-8000 can accommodate up to four Deluxe stitching heads, with Honher stitching heads available as an option. These stitching heads move back and forth along with the signatures during operation.

4. Three-Knife Trimmer:

Featuring handwheels with position indicators, the three-knife trimmer is quick and easy to set up. Products are trimmed precisely and reliably from start-up. Initially, the head and foot are trimmed, followed by delivery to the front cut knife for precise side cuts.
