Digital printing ink is directly transferred onto the surface without the use of aluminum plates and rubber blankets. It is a liquid ink that dries quickly, facilitating efficient printing processes.

5. Tips Before Ink Processing And After Processing.

Before Ink Processing:

1. **Don't Rely Solely on Packaging**: Avoid judging the color of ink solely by looking at the package. The ink may appear darker or different in the container compared to its actual appearance when printed. Mistaking black for blue or red is a common pitfall.

2. **Be Aware of Bubbles**: It's common to find bubbles in the ink due to nitrogen used during production to prevent oxidative drying issues. These bubbles will naturally dissipate on the rolls of the inking unit and won't cause printing problems.

3. **Prepare for Longer Print Interruptions**: During longer print interruptions, ensure that the rolls are cleaned, and spray antioxidants on the ink in the ink duct to prevent drying issues.

4. **Remove Skin from Ink**: Whenever you encounter skin formation in the opened container, regardless of its size, make sure to remove it. This ensures smooth and consistent ink application.

5. **Avoid Mixing**: Inks that have been mixed with printing aids should not be refilled back into the original ink container. This maintains the integrity and quality of the ink for future use.

After Processing:

1. **Evaluate Print Quality**: After processing, carefully evaluate the print quality to ensure that the ink has been applied correctly and accurately. Make adjustments as necessary to optimize print results.

2. **Clean Equipment**: Properly clean all equipment used in the ink processing to maintain efficiency and prevent contamination in future runs.

Q1: What to do for specific color requirements from our company ?

A: We offer customers inks in specific color or ink with specific characteristics sometimes, like drying speed, smell, resistance to fading, gloss. Please send us detailed ink sample or pantone no# so that we can produce carefully for you.

Q2: How to storage offset printing ink ?

A: The ideal process and storage temperature for offset inks is between 18ºC-25ºC. If the offset inks are too high in viscosity due to storing at low temperatures problems may occur by insufficient flow in the duct and picking at sensitive stocks. If the inks will be processed in higher temperatures, so because of low viscosity misting, ink/water problems or high sot gain may occur. The ink cans have to be stored vertically standing under exclusion of daylight.

Q3: Can I get the sample ?
