We offer blankets in various sizes, available as sheets or rolls. Each blanket is rolled and packed in polymer bags and cartons with sufficient protective layers. Customers can customize the backside with content such as logos or size information.

How does a blanket work in printing?

The blanket is designed to cover the blanket cylinder (the intermediate cylinder) in each color unit of a printing machine. Essentially, it transfers the image from the plate onto the paper. The image is first "offset" onto the blanket and then onto the paper, producing a smoother image on various paper types. This method is effective for printing on rough or heavy stocks, as well as other media. Most offset presses utilize this lithographic technique.
