The Label Smart is an easy-to-operate entry-level digital label press offering low investment cost with high efficiency and effectiveness. This versatile machine handles a wide range of materials including films (PET, BOPP, PE, BOPA), label papers (PE label), pre-pressed materials (PET, ALU, PE), and various paper types, helping customers diversify their label market offerings.
The system features large roll feeding, anti-collision induction, web guide, double-sided dust removal, corona unit, mark tracking electric eye, LED curing, intelligent industrial control, and water cooling system. Equipped with imported high-precision industrial nozzles, it offers four-color configuration options to meet specific customer requirements.
With white ink configuration, the press achieves maximum full-color printing speeds of 50m/min at resolutions up to 600×1200dpi, delivering accurate, stable colors across various printing materials. Using Agfa environmentally friendly ink, it produces vibrant, odor-free prints.
