Machine Components

Slitting Section: Upper circular knives fixed by screws and lower circular knives fixed by aluminum spacer for precision cutting, rotary encoder for automatic slit length metering.
Rewinding Section: Automatic tucker for tail tucking, 90° vertical lay-on roller with up/down movement capability, banana roller to prevent overlapping.
Control System: PLC with touch screen HMI, Yaskawa AC drive for master motor, Schneider low voltage electrical components.
Waste Removal: Edge waste blower through expulsion tube.
