It can be used for water/oil polishing oil coating, bottom polishing, powder removing, polishing oil and other purposes. It meets the needs of environmental protection. The fully automatic oil passing machine uses an efficient drying system to quickly dry the paper surface, which greatly increases the production speed. It is a necessary equipment for the back processing technology.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
* The machine is suitable for using water-based glue, solvent-based glue, and thermal film.
* Cold-water non-curling system: The paper will be non-curling after separated.
* Low cost: Ceramic anilox roller coating, minimize gluing amount to 5g/sqm.
* The heating energy cycle drying system makes the whole machine power consumption about 15kw/h.
* High efficiency:The machine working speed reaches to 70m/min, 5500sheets/h.

1 Feeder
Paper feeding Department has automatic paper-carrying device; high reliability paper feeding limelight, press wheel control paper, paper feeding fast and smoothly; paper feeding is equipped with sensitive electromechanical double-sheet detector, double sheet or more immediately stop.
2 Coating oil head
The bottom oil is coated on the paper surface by cots and steel rolls to make the paper smooth and make the oil more wear-resistant, smooth and bright in the next process.
3 IR drying
IR drying conveyor is conveyed by temperature-resistant belt. It adopts infrared lamp tube closed structure and is equipped with cooling fan to make paper oil layer dry quickly.
4 Sheet delivery
The paper-collecting Department has automatic paper-carrying device; photoelectric pneumatic double-sided paper leveller and strong paper flat buffer to prevent the inertia stroke of releasing heavy paper to ensure smooth and neat paper-collecting; equipped with cooling fans; paper-collecting equipment is equipped with paper-messing detection device, and staff will be informed immediately when paper-messing occurs.
5 Auto control
The motor uses frequency conversion speed regulation, which is safe and reliable; the whole machine is programmable controlled by PLC,which is easy to operate and maintain; and the cables of each part are connected by fast plug-in joint and easy to install.
