  Stitchhero SH300 saddle stitching system is the first in China to use shaftless transmission control, using the electronic spindle to replace the mechanical transmission spindle, can meet the most urgent binding needs of users today, and provide the option of fast and efficient production for the binding of traditional printed matter.

  The Stitchhero SH300 saddle stitching line is composed of the following single machines: DY480 stitching unit, ZYDY480 folding stitching unit, DQ12 saddle stitching unit, QSD12 three-sided book trimming unit, SZQ480 linear conveyor and SH300 electrical control box.

  Its working process is that the six stand-alone machines of the gathering machine (which can be increased to ten according to the user's needs) automatically match the signatures to the book collection chain according to the page number, and are matched with the cover by the folding and page-laying machine.

The process of working is as follow:

1.Stack the folded signatures on the gathering positions.

2.Air pump supplies the air.

3.Gathering unit transfers the signatures on the book conveying chain automatically according to the page order.

4.Book conveying chain transfers the signatures into stitching unit. At the same time, the signatures are inspected separately page by page via photo-cell inspection, deflective inspection and thickness-measuring inspection.

5.Transfer the unstitched books with signature-leaking or signature-surplus into the waste conveyor and the stitched books into trimming unit.

6.Stitched books are trimmed on three edges in trimming unit, and registered by two steps of guides.

7.Trimmed books are delivered according to the set value of book separating quantity.
