A:Yes. We are sewing machine factory , our factory produce machine more than 10 years.

Q2:How about your delivery time?

A:Generally,it will take 15 to 20 days after we receive your deposit and details confirmed .The specific time depends on the items and the quantity of your order

Q3.How about after-sales service?

A:Machine is in one years warranty ,motor is always in 2 years warranty ,if you have any questions about machine ,we will provide solution video and free parts in warranty time.

Q4:Which sea port is nearest for you?

Ningbo.

Shanghai is also ok .

Q5:what's the payment item?

A:We accept TT,LC,Western union,etc.We always accept 30% TT in advance if amount is more than USD10000.
