• The binder is resin or rosin and plasticizer that hold all ingredients together.

• Glass beads with the pigment provide the retro-reflectivity and visibility.
• Filler material provides the bulk.
Thermoplastic pavement marking material is a 100% solid, environmentally and user safe compound containing pigments, glass beads, binder, and filler which becomes liquid when heated. Pigments provide color and opacity; fillers, such as calcium carbonate, add bulk; and binders, consisting of plasticizers and resins, provide toughness, flexibility and bond strength while holding all the components together. Intermixed and drop-on glass beads provide retroreflectivity for nighttime visibility of the pavement marking.

A: Gradually the paint can be stored for one year in a dry condition.
Q: How long can the line keep after I apply the paint?
A: Gradually it can keep one to two years after marking, but it also depends on the construction and the traffic.
Q: For one ton of paint, how many square meters can be marked?
A: For concrete road, one ton of paint can mark 200 square meters with 1.8-2.0mm thickness; for asphalt, it can mark 180 square meters.
