Buying Guide

In order to recommend proper machine and make detailed technical proposal for

you as soon possible ,please tell us the following technical parameters:

(1) what kind of paper do you want to produce?

(2) what kind of raw material you will use?

(3) how many tons do you want to produce per day(24hours)?

(4) what is the output paper width of jumbo roll?--mm;

(5) What is the output paper weight(thickness)?--gsm.

Technical parameters:

Main frames of the production line:

1. Cylinder part: Φ 1500mm× 2850mm cylinder mould 3sets;
Φ 450mm× 2850mm couch roll 3sets; Reverse roll 1 set;
Rubber Share hardness is 38± 2, pneumatic pressure device.
2. Press part: Φ 600mm× 2850mm stone roll 1 set;
Φ 550mm× 2850mm rubber roll 1 set;
500 speed reducer of drive part 1 set; Scraper knife 1 group.
3. Dryer part: Φ 2500mm× 2850mm Dryer can 2 sets;
Φ 1500mm× 2850mm Dryer can 8 sets;

Packing&Delivery:

Different parts packed by different materials:
--paper machine frame will be packed by plastic foam.

--paper machine accessories parts will be packed in wooden cases.very small parts packed by carton.

--paper pulping machine packed by water-proof PVC film,and outside packed by wood cases.

Tighten Packaging, Detailed Checking:

1. Fixed all the movable parts with plastic films.

2. Polystyrene foam plate wrapped around.

3. Wrapped with tighted plastic films several circles.

4. Fixed machine on the fumigated plywood pallet with iron wire.

5. Wrapped with wooden board around and nailed on.
