waste paper → high consistency hydrapulper → high frequency vibrating screen → pulp pump → efficient double disc pulp refiner → pulp pump → chest agitator→ pulp pump → centrifugal screen → pulp pump → impurity remover → paper machine → calendar → winding machine → rewinding machine

Main Frame of The Equipment:

1. Cylinder part: φ1000mm×1600mm cylinder mould 4 pcs, φ350mm×1600mm couch roll 4 pcs, rubber shore hardness 40°±2.reverse roll device.

2. Pre-press part: φ300mm×1700mm stone roll 2 pcs, φ300mm×1700mm rubber roll 2 pcs, rubber shore hardness 95°±3.

Press part: φ450mm×1700mm top stone roll 1 pcs, φ400mm×1700mm rubber roll 1 pcs, rubber shore hardness 95°±3.pneumatic pressurizing device.

3. Dryer part: Ф2000mm×1700mm dryer can 2 set,

4. Sizing part: Ф400mm sizing machine 1 set

5. Winding part: cylinder type winding machine.
