Product Description
1. Slicing Machine:
First, place the raw materials (260mm wide), 50g pp spunbonded non-woven fabric, 45g hot air cotton non-woven, 35 meltblown nonwoven, 35g pp spunbonded non-woven fabric in the material rack;And the semi-finished mask is produced after the automatic printing, automatic wearing of nose strips and automatic cutting.
2. Ear ribbon welding machine:
Place the semi-finished mask on the mold of the Ear ribbon welding machine, start the switch, the mold rotates automatically and complete the earband welding of the mask by ultrasonic welding technology.
3. Sealing side machine:
Place the N95 Mask on the edge sealer mould after welding the ear band, sealing side machine completes the last process of the mask by ultrasonic welding technology-welding edge banding, and completes the production of the finished mask.
