Inflatable hydro pneumatic fenders are made of natural rubber and tire cord reinforcement in the shape of cylindrical, which is strong enough to withstand external forces and severe weather conditions.
This inflatable hydro pneumatic fender is filled with water and air inside to make it vertically installed against submerged hulls with a counterweight. It’s always regarded as a buffer to reduce shock in between due to its excellent performance of great elasticity and abrasion-resistance.

① Outer rubber layer
Inflatable hydro pneumatic fenders are covered by the outer layer made of natural rubber. This rubber compound is strong enough to protect the inner layer and synthetic-cord layer from the damage of external forces and severe weather conditions due to its high elasticity and abrasion resistance.
② Synthetic-tire-cord layer
The synthetic-tire-cord layer is a composite tire cord with cross shadow lines, which is designed to distribute stress evenly.
③ Inner rubber layer
The inner rubber layer is specially designed to seal the internal air and prevent any leakage, just like the inner tube of a tire.
