Constructions of Lifting Roller Bag

1) Outer rubber layer

The outer rubber layer covers the exterior of the marine airbag to protect the lower layer from wear and other external forces. The compound has sufficient tensile strength and tear strength can withstand any conditions and hard use.

2) Inner rubber layer

The inner rubber layer seals the compressed air in the marine airbag.

3) Synthetic tire cord layer as a reinforcement layer

The reinforcing cord layer is made of synthetic tire cord commonly used in tires, arranged at a desired angle to maintain internal pressure and evenly distribute stress. Therefore, they can provide strong and effective reinforcement.
