Marine oil hoses, which means ship to ship hose, is designed for transferring crude oil, petroleum products of cargoes between vessels and oil tankers. Fully compliant with OCIMF standards, our marine oil hoses are able to withstand abrasion and bending forces and still perform excellently at low temperatures. Furthermore, the risk of leakage or bulge is absent.

Marine oil hoses mainly consist of inner tube, reinforcement, and cover layer. The cover layer protects the hose body from the damage of the external corrosive environment. Reinforcement is made of high tensile strength fabrics with helix steel wire which makes sure that there won’t be any cracks at a high bending angle. The inner tube is made of synthetic rubber or thermoplastic material which is resistant to oil and fuel.

1. Inner tube: Synthetic rubber or thermoplastic material (NBR) with features of smooth and resistance to oil and fuel
2. Reinforcement layer: High tensile polyester fabric with stainless steel helix embedded
3. Cover layer: CR compound rubber resistant to abrasion, seawater, and sunlight
4. Body wire: Steel wire
5. Flange :ASTM A-105 (Max. Carbon 0.25%) , ASME B16.5
