Self-floating oil hoses are designed for transportation of crude oil, petroleum products of cargoes between offshore loading and unloading vessels.

Self-floating oil hoses are mainly composed of inner tube, reinforcement, and cover layer. The cover layer protects the hose body from the damage caused by the external corrosive environment. The tube is made of NBR compound synthetic rubber, the reinforcement is made of high tensile strength fabric with helix wire independent foam, and the cover is composed of CR synthetic rubber. 

Complying with OCIMF standards, our self-floating oil hoses are able to withstand abrasion and bending forces and still perform excellently at low temperatures. Furthermore, the risk of leakage or bulge is absent.
