OSN 500 is new-generation optical transmission equipment developed by Huawei. It adopts the TDM + packet (MPLS/MPLS-TP-based) dual-domain architecture and supports a variety of service access modes. It mainly applies to the access layer of metropolitan area networks (MANs) and local transmission networks to access services over VIP private lines and from wireless base stations.
