This material is synthetically made of graphite polymer, super thin, high thermal conductive, and flexible. It has been widely used in small high integrated electronic applications. It can be cut into customized size and shape, backed with adhesive and membrane.It is an ideal material as heat spreader.Also,it is a material consisting of graphitic carbon which has been obtained by graphitizing of non-graphitic carbon, by CVD from hydrocarbons at temperatures above 2500 K, by decomposition of thermally unstable carbides or by crystallizing from metal melts supersaturated with carbon.
