Production Process

1.Aluminum Mold: Aluminum mold is able to ensure the accuracy in the cast process and make the blade curve infinitely close to the theoretical value. So that the efficiency of the pump can be improved.

2.Heat treatment process: It can eliminate the stress, improve the hardness and prolong the work life.

3.Product inspection: The products dimensions, hardness, compositon are strictly inspected by PV engineers.
