"Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are factory, Covering 6000 square meters factory, tooling workshop for plastic tooling and metal tooling, 5 die-casting machines, plastic paiting workshop, 4 sets punching machines, 1packing lines, total 100 prefessional technical staffs.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-7 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 30 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we can offer free samples which are in stock, but delivery cost will be paid by yourself. For samples of your custom hardware products, you will pay for sample charge too.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A:Usually T/T 30% deposit before manufacture, the balance 70% before delivery. Other terms can be negotiated.
