working principle
The pit type nitriding furnace is a periodic operation type electric furnace. It is an energy-saving resistance furnace improved on the basis of a series of electric furnaces according to the actual use of the user. The maximum working temperature is 650 ℃. The workpiece is placed in the material basket, and the control atmosphere adopts the dripping type, which is dripped into the furnace tank through the flow meter and the drip tube, and the fan is installed on the furnace cover, which can perform forced circulation of the temperature and atmosphere in the furnace tank.
