Aluminum alloy quenching furnace is suitable for quenching, aging and other heat treatment of medium and small aluminum alloy parts. Due to the particularity of the workpiece and process, the electric furnace is required to have high technical performance in terms of temperature control accuracy, temperature control deviation, and furnace gas uniformity.
The complete set of equipment consists of furnace body, hot air circulation system, furnace cover lifting mechanism, control cabinet and other systems.The outer shell of the furnace body is formed by welding plates, the inner refractory layer is made of high-quality refractory bricks, and the insulation layer is made of fiber structure. A layer of asbestos board is attached to the inner surface of the furnace shell to provide heat insulation and protect the surface of the furnace shell from corrosion. In order to ensure that the furnace lining has both good thermal insulation performance and certain structural strength, the furnace chamber is made of compressed high-aluminum fiber folded blocks.
