Application
JK300 crawler deep hole water well drilling rig is a new,highly-effective,energy-saving ansd multi-functional hydraulic drill and the water well drilling rig is specialized in drilling hole for water well drilling, rock blasting,well,monitoring well, geothermal air conditioning hole, grouting hole of the hydropower cofferdam, grouting hole for dyke seepage control and grouting hole for base enforcement, surface mining,anchorage,national defense project and other drilling operations, in addition, the water drilling machine adopts the process of down-hole impact and breast wall drilling with casing following, which can effectively solve the technical problem of difficult hole-forming in the unconsolidated layer. The water borehole drilling rig is equipped with hydraulic motor rotation with a high power, propulsion and lifting of cylinder and down-hole hammer with high blast pressure, to realize high effectiveness of drilling footage and low energy consumption. the JKS300 drilling machine can drilling by DTH air drilling rig and mud drilling.

5. The rotary head, it’s rotation speed is 0-160rpm stepless adjustment and the rotary torque is 7500Nm.
6. With lifting force of 1.5T, the auxiliary winch is used for auxiliary lifting and casing.
7. Long strike hydraulic supporting leg can be use for transportation, loading and unloading of the drill automatically without the help of crane.
