The overall equipment adopts PLC programming and control, humanized operation interface, easy to operate and master. 

Net chip specification adjustment adopts LCD touch screen editing, all production data set convenient and fast.

All accessories of operating system and CNC servo system are famous brands in Taiwan with stable performance and meet the needs of high-speed welding mesh.

The operating table has two manual and automatic options.

Welding parameters can be set and stored in PLC, power off not lost.

Latitude line automatic feeding mechanism (flying shear) - -the whole consists of material bearing frame, wiring mechanism, feeding mechanism, straightening mechanism, flying shear mechanism and feeding mechanism;

Under program control, the servo motor drive the disc into the straightening drum, after the straightening drum rapid rotation to make the wire straightening and automatically fly cut off, through the collection device slipped to the feeding mechanism, transport to the feeding area, finally the wire wheel, between the electrode, welding main beam pressure welding, a row of horizontal wire welding, longitudinal wire step into a grid, while falling a horizontal wire, welding, many times, a finished mesh piece completed;
