Latitude line is pre-cutting straight material steel wire; the whole is divided into steel wire storage warehouse and falling feeding device, the servo-driven wire plate will send steel wire (one at a time) to the electrode for welding, after a row of latitude line welding is completed, step into a grid, a latitude line at the same time, welding, and then many times, a finished mesh piece completed.
The device has a detection device, in case of no wire failure, the equipment will automatically alarm, until the manual adjustment, can resume production, which greatly reduces the equipment failure and bad damage rate of network pieces.

1. The automatically packing device is composed of mesh turning plate, mesh dragging device and transporting orbit.
2. During the welding process, the dragging hook will clamp the mesh and fastly move to the turning plate and the turning plate driven by the cylinder will drop the mesh on the transporting orbit.
3. When the mesh packing to a certain height, the transporting orbit will transmit the meshes out of the position, which has the accounting function.
4. Working scope: mesh width 2500mm , mesh length can be adjusted automatically.
