When the wire reaches the final part of the wire piercing and the warp wire has been pushed together, the wire clamps the wire and runs through the wire trolley to the welding mesh direction. When the wire can be welded, the wire is fed into the welding electrode for welding. After welding the first wire, the warp wire is sent into the loosening clamping device, and back to the warp feed progress point, clamping the wire again. When the welding cylinder is lifted, the warp feed progress is further carried out for the next welding.
