Welding material requirements

Before the wire is stretched and rolled, the surface oxide and rust of the wire can be removed by mechanical washing process.

The finished steel wire after tensile rolling should be cut straight before welding to remove surface spoils, oil stains, oxides and rust.

Otherwise, the welding will spark spatter, deweld, virtual welding cannot even affect the welding quality, at the same time, it will seriously reduce the service life of the welding head, but also lead to the damage of the wire piercing pipe and the wire transmission slot.

If the mesh flatness requirement is high, the wire tensile strength should be less than 450 MPa.

Unpack all packing. (Protective measures taken before transport to avoid damage caused by vibration in transit)

Ensure that the work site is free of flammable, explosive and other dangerous goods.

Check if the machine connection is fastened, the installation is in place, and the lubricating part shall be lubricated.

Check the machine gas system, no damage and other phenomena. (including air compressor, gas storage tank, filter, cylinder, joint, solenoid valve, muffler, air hose)

Check the machine waterway system, no impurities, damage and other phenomena. (including water, water pipes, joints, ball valves)

Power cord, ground wire, test whether the main power supply is correct, to ensure that the three-phase electricity is correct.

Boot attention, must ensure that the machine required media, gas, water supply is fully equipped.

After strictly checking the circuit connection and insulation, the power on trial operation, if there is any abnormal, immediately power off, find the cause. During trial operation, the personnel should be away from the movable part of the machine.
